Instructions for use:Ā 

  1. Lint roll your garmentĀ to ensure that any debris is removedĀ 
  2. Pre-heat your press/mini/iron (heat will depend on the garment - for cotton, we use approximately 150c)
  3. Press your design for 20-25 seconds
  4. Remove Film
  5. Apply a TeflonĀ sheet to the top of your design
  6. Re-press for 5 secondsĀ
